Sandy: Liberal, NDP, Bloc Coalition a Coup d’Etat

Posted on 29 November 2008 by Sandy

The mainstream media and Liberal and progressive bloggers can ignore the obvious, but it is there for all to see. The current so-called “Coalition” is nothing short of an attempted peaceful Parliamentary ”Coup d’Etat.”

Taken down to its basic components, the current Liberal caucus is so desperate to return to power that they will seek any excuse whatsoever to take over the Conservative government — that was duly elected only six short weeks ago — with the help of the NDP, an extreme socialist party who would plunge the country into an Ontario-like Bob Rae government and the Bloc, whose only reason for existing is to take Quebec out of the Federation.

Definitions of Coup d’Etat

Answers.com says a “Coup d’Etat” is: “The sudden overthrow of a government by a usually small group of persons in or previously in positions of authority.” Well, that is exactly what is being attempted.

Wikipedia says:

A coup d’état (pronounced /kuːdeɪˈtɑː/ AHD: [ko͞o”dā tä]), often simply called a coup, is the sudden unconstitutional overthrow of a government by a part — usually small — of the state establishment — usually the military — to replace the branch of the stricken government, either with another civil government or with a military government.

So, while no military are involved, and even if it might be legal and constitutional, it is still anti-democractic. Meaning, it is still a “Coup d’Etat” because the voters did NOT give these parties a mandate to lead the country on October 14th, just a few weeks ago — actually quite the opposite.

As such, I call on all professional journalists in the Canadian mainstream media, to take off their partisan blinders, and call it what it is — a peaceful Parliamentary Coup d’Etat.

Agree………… but I have no faith in Canadas MSM, National
Post and maybe a few SUN writers, outside of that they are
    LIEberal supporters to the core.

Why is it when Obama was successful at grassroots fundraising it was good but when the Conservatives do it it is bad? Why can’t the Liberals do what Obama did?

Obama is the darling of Libs and Dippers !!

Agree timwest, what we need is “Radio Free Canada” . But Harper is trying to use the MSM to that end.

We live in a country that is so entitled to its entitlements that the funding of separatists from the public treasury is not yet seen by the general public to be the propping up of destructive forces that it most certainly is. It is similar (admittedly exaggerated to make a point) to the West propping up Saudi Princes for decades and getting Wahhabi terrorism as a thank you note. We will need years to fix the welfare entitlement problem of the LiBloc co-dependency parties.

This ‘Coup d’état” is an opportunity for PMSH to get free MSM space to inform the public about the perversity of our electoral structure. This is like a massive national media drop. This is like “Radio free Europe”… call it “Radio free Canada”.

The public is trying to absorb all this information. Harper can bring about change no faster than the public can absorb the info. How much info on this will Canadians absorb by Dec 8th? I have no idea.

That’s a powerful and correct analysis, Sandy. And what are the “levers of government” these parties are expressly interested in — vying for the unchecked control over the Canadian taxpurse. Followed by their plans to impose the carbon tax on citizens.

Now, where is Paul Martin as he fails to explain how his CSL business enjoys corporate taxation at 2.5 percent in the offshore tax haven? Yet has slammed Harper and Conservative gov’t in recent print media pieces regarding the approx. $60 billion in tax cuts served to Canadians over two budgets now.

Our election results should stand as Dion’s showing was negligible. Also, Ignatieff’s penchant for secrecy, obfuscation on any and all issues, should pose serious questions for Canadians. Bob Rae knows he’s the reported party favourite, so the charade between the two of them, given our recent substantial minority, should dissasemble easily enough for citizens. These individuals in ranting on about a toonie which if they tape under any chair in the room and ask their members to search under which chair the toonie is attached, should say to themselves, “you see, you just have to get up off your duff to make a buck.” In this case, it’s two bucks. If voters don’t figure you’re worth a toonie, then why apply for public office. There’s a current mission underway in Afghanistan. The Liberal frontrunners may want to join?

Greedy, grasping, bottom feeding skunk fish doesn’t come close to the sheer gall of those losing libs, dips and queeeebec quitters sucking up to steal government from the steady hand at the helm and bring on board the raggiedest bunch of no hopes our beloved country can unearth. ok lets do it again and get it right this time!

There is an interesting debate going on at the Cotm thread for those who are interested.

What an utter disgrace for our nation to have to endure. Just when you think these bottom feeders sunk as low as they can go they rise to the occasion and prove that they haven’t. The response from far too many Canadians if it happens I fear will be ‘huh’? And by then it will be too late.

Well that’s not true BTDT. You read this entry and you have a lot of friends…you visit coffee shops. You are a real social butterfly.

So why would you think you are all alone?

    Just asking.
